Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This Promotion, the HelloFresh Ireland X Disneyland® Paris Giveaway (hereby known as the “Prize Draw”) is open to legal residents of the Republic of Ireland who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, workers, contractors of FRESH GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICES LIMITED incorporated and registered in the Republic of Ireland with company number 700589 whose registered office is at 16 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, D02 DH34, Ireland (“HelloFresh IE”) (hereby known as the “Promoter”), contractors, agencies or other 3rd parties involved in the execution of this Promotion directly or indirectly and their immediate families are not eligible to enter any part of the Promotion. The prize draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This prize promotion is conducted in conjunction with the marketing of a product with a total prize value under €2500 and does not require a lottery permit or lottery license in the Republic of Ireland.
Promotion Period: The HelloFresh Ireland X Disneyland® Paris Giveaway will open at 12:01 a.m GMT on the 5th May and close at 11:59 p.m. GMT on the 1st June 2025 (hereby known as the "Promotion Period”).
Promotion timings: Week One: 26/04 00:01 - 01/05 23:59 Week Two: 03/05 00:01 - 08/05 23:59 Week Three: 10/05 00:01 - 15/05 23:59 Week Four: 17/05 00:01 - 22/05 23:59
Purchase necessary. A smartphone is required. Entry is made online, internet access is required.

This promotion is a skill-based prize draw taking place exclusively on the dates indicated 5th May - 1st June 2025.
The conditions for participating in the Contest are as follows:
Be a HelloFresh subscriber.
Order at least 1 recipe from the Disneyland® Paris collection between 26/04/25 and 17/05/25 inclusive, via www.hellofresh.ie or the HelloFresh mobile application.
The recipes in the Disneyland® Paris collection that allow participation in the contest are indicated on the site with a "Disneyland® Paris" label, visible on the recipe visuals and on the online recipe pages, once logged in.
STEP 1 - Choose a Disneyland® Paris Music Festival inspired recipe from your HelloFresh menu.
STEP 2 - Scan the QR code on the recipe card included in your box.
STEP 3 - Answer a Disneyland® Paris Music Festival inspired question correctly and submit your details to enter the prize draw, via the markets’ Google Form.
STEP 4 - Order a Disneyland® Paris Music Festival inspired recipe each week to answer that week’s question for more chances to win.
An “entry” to the promotion counts as answering the question correctly and submitting their details on the Google Form.
The number of weeks the entrant has answered the weekly question correctly, will entitle the entrant to the equivalent number of entries into the grand prize draw at the end of the promotion. For example; the entrant orders a Disneyland® Paris Music Festival inspired recipe in week one and week three and answers the question correctly each of these weeks. The entrant gets two entries to the grand prize draw.
One account per person. If an entrant is seen to be using multiple accounts in order to increase their number of entries, they risk disqualification from this prize draw and future promotions.
Prize Details
The prize for the contest will be as follows:
1 x 1 standard stay for 4 people – Each stay includes:
4 x 2-Day tickets for the Disney® Parks (Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios®), each valid for two days. The tickets shall be used within one year from the date of issuance (see dates on rear of ticket).
1 room night voucher at Disney Sequoia Lodge® on the basis of 4 people, including at least one adult, sharing a standard room. The room nights vouchers shall be valid within one year from the date of issuance (see dates on the voucher) and must be booked by the beneficiary via the appropriate form provided by EURO DISNEY at the latest one month prior the wished arrival date. Voucher not valid for the nights of 24th and 31st December.
4 vouchers each valid for one breakfast for one person (adult or child) on the date(s) and in your hotel indicated on the voucher.
The prizes will be sent by HelloFresh within 30 days from the date the winner submits the information requested by HelloFresh in the prize allocation email (see Article 5), both by email and by postal mail.
In the case of non-arrival on the reserved date, of a Guest who is entitled to a room and breakfast voucher, the voucher/s may not be used on another date and are therefore lost.
TRAVEL
Travel for competition winners of this promotion will be paid for using Travelex cards.
The designated agent will provide the pre-loaded cards to the competition winners across all markets. These cards will be pre-loaded with €800 funds and will be physically delivered via postal mail to the competition winners by the designated agent. Winners will use the cards to book their travel.
The designated agent will mail the cards to competition winners within 24 hours of receiving their personal details and postal addresses from markets. The exact arrival date for competition winners will depend on the delivery location, but cards typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

To participate in the competition, you agree that HelloFresh collects the above data. The winners' data can be shared with Disneyland Paris for the purpose of receiving the prize won.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to fulfil the Prize originally selected by the winner if a different preference is later expressed.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash equivalent will be offered.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or any other social media platforms.
Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via email within 14 of the end of the Promotion Period. If a winner is found to not be an eligible winner by reasons of age, geographical location, commercial relationship, cheating or other reason for disqualification, a new winner will be selected. Winners will need to respond within seven days of initial contact. If respondents fail to respond after this time, a new winner may be selected.
Prize delivery: In order to facilitate prize fulfilment, entrants may be required to provide personal information such as a postal address. The delay or refusal of this information may affect the delivery of the prizes.
Odds of winning: The odds of winning this Prize draw will depend on the total number of entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes is attempting to fraudulently enter, cheat, or compromise the system either by technical means, or manual means (e.g. creation of multiple accounts per entrant), or other exploitative or unnatural means.
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Entrants agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the Promoter, stored on the Promoter’s database and used for the administration of the prize draw. If Entrants have consented to receive marketing communications from HelloFresh IE, HelloFresh IE may use entrant data to send marketing communications via email. Entrants may unsubscribe or opt-out to these communications at any time. In accordance with GDPR, entrants may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion of data, and request that the processing of their personal data be limited, request the portability of their data, as well as withdraw consent to the processing of data, by sending an email to privacy@hellofresh.ie. Entrants accept that depending on the winner’s country and local tax regime, personal tax may be due on the prize, responsibility for personal tax payment and reporting will be the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise required by local law or regulation. The Promoter may require tax identification information from the winner and may be required to report the prize and prize value to local tax authorities depending on local law.
The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting or participating in any Prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
If for any reason the prize draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, invalidate or remove entries, and to terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the prize draw including the use of their name, prize, and creative material submitted.
The names of winners can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at disneylandparis@ext.hellofresh.com within three months of the closing date of the Promotion Period. Should entrants wish to withdraw consent for their name and county to be included on any winners list, they must notify the Promoter at disneylandparis@ext.hellofresh.com before the closing date of the Promotion Period. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASAI) or other local authorities if requested.
By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
The Promoter’s decisions are binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the Promoter’s decision will be binding and final.
The Terms and Conditions of this prize draw shall be interpreted in accordance with Irish Law and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
