Place a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, fry the bacon and gnocchi for 8-12 mins. IMPORTANT: Cook bacon thoroughly.
Add a splash of water, if required. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the cheese and stir through, allowing the cheese to melt for 1-2 mins.
Divide the cheesy gnocchi between plates.
