Cooking Steps

Place a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, add the gyoza and fry until golden on all sides, 4-6 mins.
Add a splash of water, cover and cook for 2-3 mins more. TIP: Turn the gyozas carefully to avoid tearing.

Trim the cucumber, then halve lengthways. Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

Trim the carrot, then halve lengthways (no need to peel). Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 3cm long batons.

Divide the pan-fried gyozas and vegetables between plates. Serve the sweet chilli sauce alongside for dipping.
