Cooking Steps

Trim the carrot, then halve lengthways (no need to peel). Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

Trim the cucumber, then halve lengthways. Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

Place a few cucumber and carrot batons on one side of each ham slice. Roll them up tightly.
