Cooking steps

Warm the Waffles

  • Preheat the oven (for the waffles) to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Pop the waffles (one per person) onto a baking tray and into the oven to warm through, 1-2 mins.

TIP: To avoid turning on the oven, warm the waffles in a toaster instead.

Prep the Fruit

  • Quarter and core the apple (peeling optional). 
  • Quarter and core the pear
  • Halve the peach and remove the pit. Cut each half into quarters.
  • Peel the easy peeler and separate into segments.
Dish Up

  • Divide the waffles between plates and drizzle the maple syrup over the top. 
  • Serve the fruit alongside.
