Get Prepped

  • Boil your kettle (or a pot of water).
  • Bash the peanuts finely with a rolling pin or heavy pot. 
  • Pop the peanut butter and chocolate chips into a bowl and place on top of the pot. Stir until melted.
Chill the Mixture

  • Remove the bowl from the heat, stir in oats, sesame seeds and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix until evenly distributed. 
  • Transfer mixture to the refrigerator and chill, uncovered, for 5-10 mins.

TIP: Be careful not to over-chill—the mixture will become too hard to roll!

Roll and Cover with Nuts

  • Once cool enough to handle, roll the mixture into 8-10 small balls.
  • Toss the bites in the bashed peanuts to cover well with the nuts.
