How do I update my payment details?

Please note: Changes to your payment details need to be made by 23:59 on Wednesday, the week prior to your delivery day.
All future payments will be taken from this card, unless your payment details are updated again.
Why have I been charged the same amount twice?
Sometimes, you may see what looks like two payments for the same transaction. When we process your payment, a pending transaction could also appear on your statement. This is what's called a 'shadow payment' where your bank is authorising the payment. We can assure you that you will only be charged once.

When will I be charged?
You won't be charged for your first order until after the deadline, which varies depending on your chosen delivery day. After your first order, the payment will be taken after our Wednesday deadline.
You can also find your weekly order cut-off at the top of your recipe selection page - just select your recipes before the order cut-off and leave the rest to us!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Revolut, and Apple Pay. We are working to expand payment options for you so please stay tuned!

How do I know my order has gone through?
Shortly after you've completed signing up to our subscription service you'll receive both a confirmation and welcome email from us.
We'll tell you what you've signed up for, the date your first delivery is scheduled and everything you need to know about managing your HelloFresh subscription!
