Fresh Grocery Delivery Services Limited ("HelloFresh"), is committed to ensuring that its website and mobile app comply with the accessibility requirements set out in the European Accessibility Act, as implemented in Ireland by the EU (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023.

HelloFresh provides an e-commerce service where users can select and subscribe to receive meal-kits and related goods using its website and mobile app. HelloFresh also provides related services, including but not limited to, access to product information, customer account management, customer service and participation in loyalty schemes. These services are available to customers residing in the Republic of Ireland.

Registration is required to place orders and manage customer accounts. All essential information is provided in text format and the services are navigable using an accessible, standardised menu.

Key features for using our services include:

  • Information, selection, and ordering of goods (especially ready-to-eat meals and other goods);
  • Customer account management;
  • Customer service via chat or email.

Prior registration is required to order goods via this website and the app, and for customer account management. Navigation is via a standardized menu provided for this purpose. All essential information (e.g., name/description of the goods, pricing, contact information) is also available in text form.
