Oven dish



Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5. 

Finely chop pear. In a bowl, mix the cake batter, cinnamon and chopped pear.

Line an oven dish (approx 15x20cm) and pop the batter into it. Sprinkle over the granola.


Pop the oven dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 mins or until firm to touch and a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Set aside to cool completely in the tin. Drizzle over the salted caramel sauce.


Transfer spiced pear crumble cake to a plate or serving board. Slice and serve.
