  • Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5.
  • Line an oven dish (approx 30x20cm) with baking paper.
  • Combine the banana bread mix with the blueberries and pour into the lined oven dish. 
Bake the Banana Bread

  • Once the oven is hot, place in the oven and bake for 30-40 mins.
Slice and Serve
