Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Cut the baguette widthways at an angle into 2cm slices.
  • Lay the bread slices onto a baking tray.
  • Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast until golden brown, 8-10 mins.

Top half the slices with blue cheese and a drizzle of cranberry chutney. Drain and tear the mozzarella. Tear the ham over the reaming crostini slices and top with the torn mozzarella. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Serve in platters. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the ham and mozzarella crostinis.
