Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
Take half the skewers and halve widthways with the help of a pair of scissors.
Thread the pineapple pieces onto each skewer and wrap the bacon tightly around. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and equipment after handling raw meat.

Place the skewers on a lined baking tray.
Pop in the oven and bake until golden brown and crispy, 10-15 mins. IMPORTANT: Cook bacon thoroughly.
