Cooking steps

Cook the Orzo
1
  • Boil a large pot of salted water
  • When boiling, add the orzo to the water and bring back to the boil. Cook until softened, 10-12 mins.
  • Meanwhile, roughly chop the olives and tomatoes.
  • Once cooked, drain the orzo and pop back in the pot.
  • Drizzle with oil then stir through the sun dried tomato paste, cheese, creme fraiche, olives and tomatoes. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

TIP: If you’re in a hurry you can boil the water in your kettle.

Cook the Beef
2
  • Season the beef with salt, pepper and half a sachet of Italian herbs (per 2P).
  • Place a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Once hot, fry the beef until browned, 2-3 mins. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and equipment after handling raw meat and its packaging. Meat is safe to eat when the outside is browned.
  • Remove from pan once cooked.
Assemble the Salad
3
  • Just before serving, toss the salad leaves with mayo and a drizzle of oil
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Dish Up
4
  • Divide the sun dried tomato orzo between plates.
  • Serve the beef and tossed salad alongside.
