Cooking steps

Bake the Baguette

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Cut the baguette widthways at an angle into 2cm slices.
  • Lay onto a lined baking tray. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast until golden brown, 8-10 mins.
Top the Crostinis

  • Once cooked, top half the slices with blue cheese and a drizzle of cranberry chutney.
  • Tear ham and drained mozzarella over the reaming crostini slices. 
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Dish Up

  • Serve the crostini on platters.
  • To finish, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.
