Cooking Steps

Roast the Potatoes

  • Preheat the oven to 240°C/220°C fan/gas mark 9.
  • Halve the potatoes lengthways, quartering any larger pieces, and pop them onto a lined baking tray.
  • Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Rub the oil over the potatoes then lay them cut-side down on the baking tray.
  • Roast on the top shelf of the oven until fork tender, 25-35 mins.

Pull the Pork

  • Remove the packaging from the pork and pop into an oven dish.
  • Cover with foil and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 25-30 mins. 
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and pull apart with the help of two forks.
  • Season with harissa spice, salt and pepper, if required. IMPORTANT: Ensure the pork is piping hot all the way through.

Prep the Veg

  • Trim the cucumber, then quarter lengthways. Chop widthways into small pieces.
  • Cut the tomato into 1cm chunks.
  • Season the cucumber and tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  • When everything is ready, pop the wraps (two per person) in the warm for 1-2 mins. 
Assemble and Serve

  • Fill the wraps with the pulled pork, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese.
  • Drizzle over the creme fraiche.
  • Fold over one end to encase the base of the filling and roll up.
  • Serve with potatoes and any extra filling alongside.
