Cooking steps

Soak the Oats

  • Mix together the oats and yoghurt in a bowl. 
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours).
Blend the Smoothie

  • Once the oats are soaked, halve the kiwi and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Cut into 2cm chunks.
  • Quarter, core and chop the apple (peeling optional).
  • Combine the soaked oats with the apple. Blend until smooth.
  • Season to taste with sugar, if desired.
Divide Between Bowls

  • Divide your smoothie between bowls.
  • Garnish with chopped kiwi
