Cooking steps

  • Preheat your oven (for the ciabatta) to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Halve the ciabattas. Pop into the oven, cut-side up, to warm through, 2-3 mins. TIP: To avoid turning on your oven toast the bread in the toaster instead

Heat the soup as per packet instructions.

Spread butter over one side of all the bread slices.
Mash the Goat's cheese with the back of a spoon. Spread the cheese on one side of all the bread slices. Crack some pepper on the top of them. Then close the sandwiches.

Serve the Goat's cheese ciabattas sliced in half in plates. 
Serve the warm soup alongside.
