Get Prepped

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5.
  • Line an oven dish (approx 30x20cm) with baking paper.
Bake the Banana Bread

  • Pour the batter into the lined oven dish.
  • Spoon over the speculoos and press down gently with a spoon to help them stick to the batter
  • Once the oven is hot, place in the oven and bake for 30-40 mins.
Slice & Serve

  • Allow to cool, then slice and drizzle over the caramel sauce.
