  • Thinly slice the tomato.
  • Tear the ham into pieces.
Dress the Salad

  • Just before serving toss the salad leaves with a drizzle of oil and half the balsamic glaze.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Divide and Serve

  • Divide the tomato slices between plates.
  • Place a handful of dressed salad leaves in the middle of each plate and place a whole ball of mozzarella on top of the salad.
  • Drape the ham on top of the salad leaves.
  • Drizzle over the pesto and remaining balsamic glaze.
  • Crack some pepper on top.
