Preheat the oven to X.

Trim the cucumber, then quarter lengthways. Chop widthways into small pieces.
Chop the tomato into 2cm chunks.
In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, 1.5 tbsp oil, salt and pepper.
Add the cucumber, tomato and salad to the dressing.
Crumbled in the Greek style cheese.
Toss together and serve alongside your lasagne.
