  • Halve the kiwi and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Roughly chop into chunks.
  • Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Chop into chunks (while still in its skin) then use a tablespoon to scoop it out into a bowl.

Little Chef's TIP: Kids can help scoop the kiwi flesh from the skin.

Blend the Smoothie

  • Reserve a couple of blueberries then blend the rest with avocado, yoghurt, kiwi and honey.
  • To make your smoothie colder and thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  • If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, add sugar to taste.
Divide and Serve

  • Divide your Lilo & Stitch smoothie between glasses.
  • Garnish with reserved blueberries
