Cooking steps

  • Place a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and Thai spice mix to the pan and fry stirring occasionally for 2-3 mins.

  • Add 200ml water (per 2P), edamame beans, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, gochujang paste and lemongrass paste
  • Gently separate the noodles and stir to coat well. 
  • Cover the pan and simmer for 3-5 mins.
Finishing Touches

  • Place a separate pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Once hot, add the gyozas and fry until golden on the bottom (do not shift to avoid tearing), 4-6 mins.
  • Add a splash of water, cover and cook for 2-3 mins more.

  • Divide the noodles between plates. 
  • Top with the pan-fried gyoza.
  • Scatter the crispy onions over the top.
  • Finish with a drizzle of sriracha.
