  • Halve the cherry tomatoes
  • Chop the Greek style cheese into 2cm cubes.
  • Take half the skewers and halve widthways with the help of a scissors.
Assemble the Skewers

  • Thread your skewers with folded slices of ham, olives, tomatoes, Greek style cheese and pineapple chunks.
  • Repeat until you've used all items to be skewered.
Finish and Serve

  • Serve the skewers on platters.
  • Finish with drizzles of balsamic glaze and cranberry chutney.
