Trim and thinly slice the scallions. Roughly chop the mushrooms. Trim the green beans and cut into thirds.
Place a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the mushrooms and green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 mins.
Add a splash of water, then cover with a lid (or foil) and allow to cook until tender, 4-6 mins more. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the teriyaki sauce and heat through 1-2 mins. Remove from the pan and cover to keep warm.

Return the pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the gyoza and fry until golden on all sides, 4-6 mins.
Add a splash of water, cover and cook for 2-3 mins more. TIP: Turn the gyozas carefully to avoid tearing.
While the gyoza cook place a pot/pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the rice and a good splash of water. Cover and allow to warm through completely, 3-5 mins.
TIP: To microwave, open the top of the packet and cook in the microwave until warmed through, 2-3 mins.
Divide the rice between bowls.
Top with the gyozas and stir-fried veg.
Drizzle the sriracha sauce over the gyozas. Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions over the top to finish.
