Mix together oats and yoghurt in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hrs).
Halve the kiwi and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Cut into 2cm chunks.
Quarter, core and chop the apple (peeling optional).
Once the oats are soaked combine with the apple. Blend until smooth.
Season to taste with sugar, if desired.
Divide your smoothie between bowls.
Garnish with the chopped kiwi.
