Cut the cucumber into thirds.
Chop the tomatoes into 2cm chunks.
Pop the cucumber and tomato into a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the Greek style cheese into 2cm cubes.
Take half the skewers and cut them into equal halves with the help of a scissor.
Thread the olives, tomatoes, Greek style cheese and cucumber pieces onto each skewers one after another.
Serve the skewers in platters and drizzle over the pesto and balsamic drizzle.
