Water
Place a pan on medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, add the gyozas and fry until golden on the bottom, 4-6 mins.
Add a splash of water, cover and cook for another 2-3 mins.
Tip: Turn the gyozas carefully to avoid tearing.
Meanwhile, place a pot over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Trim the green beans.
Once the pan is hot, add the green beans and fry until starting to char, 2-3 mins. Then add the sesame oil and a splash of water and immediately cover with a lid or some foil. Cook until tender, 4-5 mins. Remove the pan from the heat.
Mix the aioli, gochujang and honey in a bowl.
Divide the gyozas and beans between plates and serve the sauce alongside for dipping.
