Trim the tip of the broccoli. Cut head into small florets and stem into 2cm pieces. Trim and thinly slice the scallions. Peel and grate the garlic (or use a garlic press). Halve, peel and chop the onion into small pieces.
Place a pan over high heat (no oil).
Once the pan is hot, fry the mince, ras el hanout, garlic, broccoli, onion and coleslaw mix for 5-6 mins. Use a spoon to break it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the harissa paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
IMPORTANT: Wash hands and equipment after handling raw mince. Mince is cooked when no longer pink in the middle.
Place a pot/pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the rice, tahini, miso, and a good splash of water. Cover and allow to warm through completely, 3-5 mins. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
TIP: To microwave, open the top of the packet and cook in the microwave until warmed through, 2-3 mins.
Divide the rice between two bowls and top with the stir-fry. Scatter the sesame seeds over the top.
