Cooking Steps

  • Halve the passion fruit
  • Peel the mango and remove the pit. Chop into 1cm pieces.

  • Blend the mango with coconut milk and yoghurt.
  • Loosen with a splash of water and add sugar to taste, if required.

  • Divide the smoothie between bowls. 
  • Top with the passion fruit halves, blueberries and granola.
