Get Prepped

  • Quarter the lime.
  • Halve the kiwi and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Roughly chop into chunks.
  • Trim the cucumber, then halve lengthways. Chop into 5cm long pieces.
  • Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Cut into chunks (while still in its skin) then use a tablespoon to scoop it out into the blender. 
  • Pop the kiwi, cucumber and honey into the blender.
Blend the Smoothie

  • Blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is your desired consistency.
  • Add lime juice and sugar to taste.
  • To make your smoothie colder and thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Divide and Serve

  • Divide the Super Green Smoothie between glasses.
