Cooking Steps

Mix the Cream Cheese

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 5.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the harissa spice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Prep the Veg

  • Trim the cucumber and halve widthways. Thinly slice lengthways.
  • Thinly slice the tomato.
  • Meanwhile, heat the wraps (one per person) in the oven, 3-4 mins.
  • Tear the smoked salmon into pieces. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and equipment after handling smoked salmon.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Spread the wraps with the spiced cream cheese.
  • Top with the smoked salmon, cucumber and tomato. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap tightly and cut in half to serve.
