Get Prepped

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Grate the carrot (no need to peel).
  • Tear the smoked salmon into small pieces. IMPORTANT: Wash hands after handling fish.
  • Slice the brioche rolls down through the middle (but not all the way through). Butter the bread if you like. 
  • Pop them onto a baking tray and into the oven to warm through, 2-3 mins. 

TIP: You can toast your bread in the toaster if you'd like. 

Make the Filling

  • Mix the salmon, grated carrot and aioli in a bowl.
  • Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper
Fill the Sandwich

  • Top the bases of the brioche rolls and scatter over the chilli flakes and crispy onion. Close the sandwich. 
  • To serve, slice each roll in half widthways.
  • Divide between plates.
