Cooking Steps

1
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Halve, peel and thinly slice the onion.
  • Roughly chop the chives (use scissors if you prefer).
  • Trim the cucumber, then quarter lengthways. Chop widthways into small pieces.
  • Cut the tomato into 2cm chunks.
  • Peel and grate the garlic (or use a garlic press)
2

Halve, peel and thinly slice the onion. Place a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Add the onion to the pan and fry until softened stirring occasionally, 4-5 mins. Add the garlic and half the Italian herbs (per 2P) and fry for another minute. Pop in the passata, tuna and a pinch of sugar. Cover and cook for 4-5 mins.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3

Place the naans on a lined baking tray and distribute the tuna evenly between them, leaving a 1cm border around the edge as the crust.
Sprinkle over the cheese and pop into the oven.
Bake until the cheese is melted, 4-6 mins.
Meanwhile, toss cucumber, tomatoes and chives with honey mustard dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4

Divide the loaded naan between plates and serve the tossed salad alongside.
